Reading

I just recently picked up the book Rebel Angels, which is a sequel to A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray. I really enjoyed the first book about a girl, Gemma, whose mother mysteriously dies, in India, leaving behind many secrets about an Order, and a secret realms, for her to open, that her mother never told her about. She must guard it from the Rakshana, and Circe, an evil spirit. As the book goes on, she learns more about what this Order is, and the strange visions she gets, that somehow lead her into the realms, with her three friends Felicity, Ann, and Pippa.

Bad Girls

Bad Girls by Alex McAulay, would probably be one of my favorite books. When troubled sixteen-year-old Anna Wheeler gets sent away to Camp Archstone, something goes terribly wrong. On a long hike through the forest they hear a gun shot and find themselves suddenly lost and and scattered, some in groups, and some alone, far from any civilization. Stranded without food, and scarcely any water, they must find their way to rescue before it's too late. They know know there's something out there, and the only way to survive, is to keep fighting.

Aquatic

Aquatic, I think, would be one of the many words that describe me. With two parents who met as lifeguards, and being involved in swimming at a very young age, from swimming lessons now to swim team, it's always been a huge part of my life. I love swimming, especially competing in swim meets. But I don't just love swimming, I love being in water, or just floating and relaxing. Even rain, if it isn't too cold. Sometimes I wonder if I'm maybe even part fish.

Wall of Fame

A graduate of EHS class of 2011, Adrienne attended the Minnesota School of Culinary Arts majoring in dessert pastries, and ranking high in her class. One year later, she traveled to Paris, France where she opened her very first bakery “Chez Adrienne”. After 5 years of a huge success involving her world famous tart “Tarte Mmm...”, Adrienne began making and decorating wedding cakes. With Adrienne’s talent in baking and decorating, her cakes became well known in no time. Shortly after she was receiving requests for many marriages. With many requests the price of cakes went up, but that didn’t stop buyers. Soon the cakes of “Chez Adrienne” we’re world known, like her tarts. She has even made wedding cakes for the rich and famous Maddie Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears’ daughter, and the Jonas Brothers.
